The Ubuntu install script for easy-ocw has issues with the OCW repo path when
installing in quiet mode. When run normally the script asks the user to specify
the path to where they checked out the climate code base so that it can update
your RC file with the correct path. In quiet mode this prompt is skipped and
the RC file is updated with an empty path.
