In fact there are 29 Committers with write access to the codebase and 42 subscribers to this list in all. There is actually an increase in dev@ subscribers since the last reporting period. 42 subscribers (up 1 in the last 3 months). It may be helpful for the reasonable community of subscribers that we have to detail more thoroughly what the core problems are. There may be others experiencing these problems as well.
