CLIMATE-653 - ocw.utils.calc_area_weighted_spatial_average is added
The current netcdf generator, dataset_processor.write_netcdf does not
support multiple datasets and subregion information. A new module
'write_netcdf_multiple_datasets_with_subregions' complements write_netcdf.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/huikyole/climate CLIMATE-653
