    CLIMATE-778 - Cosmetic updates for the cli_app

    - start_date & end_date inputs are made on the following rows
    - datetime objects are used to check temporal sequence
    - renamed the metric
    - updateed the color map for the climatology plots
    - allow multiple spatial regridding options
