The Open Climate Workbench (OCW) project has basic unit test coverage in the
form of a test suite written using the nose framework. In order to improve test
coverage, functionality and quality of tests the test framework should be
updated. Also the OCW project lacks decent continuous integration
infrastructure.
To do -
1. Improve Tests (Unit Tests and Smoke Tests)
2. Add Continuous Integration
