Okay Devs, After some great feedback from Chris Douglas and Suresh Marru I have rolled a new Release Candidate, and I think I am getting better at it already.
While INFRA is setting up our /dist repo I have posted the new RC artifacts back on my people.a.o account here: http://people.apache.org/~goodale/ Please download the files and let me know if you find any issues.
