The VM image that we can download from RCMES website does not work on my
windows PC (AMD cpu & Windows 7)
The error message says:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine RCMET-with-up-python.
AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS. (VERR_SVM_DISABLED).
