We might want to have a module reading a list of netCDF files and create a
concatenated file covering an area of our interest. A good example is TRMM v7
daily data on Argo (/storage/users/obs4MIPs/TRMM). Jinwon wants to use them to
evaluate daily precipitation in NARCCAP models.
