During testing I found 2 metrics that are listed by the select_metrics function
that need to be deactivated. Specifically I will be deactivating:
[2] Spatial Pattern Correlation: results in a time series of spatial
correlation coeff
[4] Spatial Pattern Correlation between averaged fields: results in a single
correlation coeff

My plan is to prepend the Text with TODO: and then disable options 2 and 4 from
being selectable. If an invalid option is selected the user will be given a
warning message and asked to select another option instead. This way the
command line interface will not crash if someone makes an inactive selection.
