Hi Kyo, Releasing is an incremental process, and it should be iterative, and also inexpensive to do (3 is). So, we should be able to roll a 0.2 very quickly that incorporates the patch. At the same time, a measurement of the health of the community is often we can release. If we strive for perfect code, we'll never get there. Over the past 5 RCs I've seen much more -1s than +1s, indicating to me that this is a very tough crowd, which is fine -- but at the same time, we have to say -- should we spend more time making RCs for a single release, or should we simply make more releases, helping our release managers gain experience releasing on top of Apache infrastructure?
My VOTE would be for the latter, rather than the former.
