Nice on making a wiki page for this Mazi! Much easier to see what's going
on there.

I still don't see the point in switching over. The non-sphinx formats are a
bit more read-able in raw format, but it hardly seems worth the effort to
switch over given the minor readability gains in a format where the docs
are less useful (Published docs on the internet being the most useful and
the primary reference that devs/users will go to). The numpy format is also
incredibly bloated in terms of space compared to the other two, although I
would imagine there is a way to fix that. My opinion is pick the option
that auto-generates into the nicest form with the least amount of work so
my vote goes to the default.
