Hi all,
I have run the test with NARCCAP model (prec.CRCM.ncep.monavg.nc) and parameter
CRU 3.1 (37) and narccapSubRegions.txt for subRegion.
The test failed due to the error for reading subRegion on misc.py.

tests.
There is a small bug that I fixed in the trunk related to generating
ensembles, but it isn't a blocker and it has been resolved in the trunk.
My test exercised some of the functionality that has been ported over to
the OCW folder and it all checks out, so that is pretty good.
