The current UI back-end is working based on one main file
(run_rcmes_processing.py).
This code has just one function and is using old RCMES codes.
I will:
1- Break the code to smaller functions and each function will take care of
different task.
2- Code for each function will be replaced with refactored code.
*For every change, I will test and commit back to branches/RefactorPlots/.
