In the knmi_to_cru31_full_bias.py there is step to select the observation from
RCMED and then pull data out.
I am going to change the process of selecting parameter from RCMED by using
parameter id instead of longname.
In this case if anybody change the parameter longname the code is still working
by using the parameter_id.
