Hi,

I've helped create a new download page for the release and the
changelog through this new PR:
https://github.com/apache/cloudberry-site/pull/306.

Changes:
- A new download page: moved the release page from the docs to avoid
duplication across different docs branches. Some of the download URLs
will be confirmed once the new release is out.
- Changelog: lists the commits along with their titles, SHAs, commit
authors, and related PRs for clearer display instead of GitHub's
automatically generated changelogs.

Welcome to take a look!

Best,
Dianjin Wang
