If I understood proposal correctly: 
1. Every Cloudberry STABLE branch will have corresponding Postgres STABLE 
branch and should absorb all bugfixes from it.
2. HEAD development will follow newest STABLE branch where we could commit a 
rebase and absort bugfixes from there.

Is this understanding correct?
