+1 (binding, PPMC member) I check the following items: [x] Download links are valid and accessible. - Ok [x] GPG signature is valid for the release artifact using the KEYS file. - Ok [x] SHA512 checksums are correct and verified. - Ok [x] Source release artifact filename includes "incubating". - Ok [x] LICENSE, NOTICE, and DISCLAIMER files exist and are accurate. - Ok We did a lot of work on the license compliance. All looks good now. - Ok [x] No unexpected binary files in the source release. - Ok The binary/archived files are allowed for testing and described well in the README.apache.md [x] All source files have appropriate ASF headers (excluding generated files and legacy files). - Ok Run `mvn apache-rat:check` and no approved files. [x] Build completes successfully from source with clear instructions. - Ok Built the core, pxf, and backup successfully on Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 + Rocky 8/9/10.
