Congrats everyoneŠ

A stupid question and probably little late for this Šbut what does it
exactly mean to become a TLP - (other than the fact that we are officially
part of Apache foundation now) ?
And can we please also share our proposal to the the IPMC for graduating
to a TLP - should be an interesting/inspirational read :) ?

Thanks,
-Nitin
