Hi, I think you should consider to "upgrade" this bug to critical for 4.1: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-1224
We just replicated the exact same thing on our setup today. We use up-to-date 4.1 with couple commit behind maybe. This bug kills a key feature (snapshots!).
