Ideally there should be a 'master' DNS server that can answer everything.
However, each DNS server comes with its own "api", so CloudStack has been
unwilling to commit to serve any one DNS implementation. Not that it
shouldn't, but it hasn't.

Everybody has their favorite DNS - Windows, Infoblox, BIND, etc.
