Hey John, The SolidFire patch does not depend on the object_store branch, but - as Edison mentioned - it might be easier if we merge the SolidFire branch into the object_store branch before object_store goes into master.
I'm not sure how the disk_io_throttling fits into this merge strategy. Perhaps Wei can chime in on that.
