No, each cluster should be of the same arch/distro/hypervisor. You may mix 
Intel & AMD, but not ARM. Though it's assumed/advisable to have hosts in a 
cluster homogenous & identical to avoid migration etc issues.
  2.
Yes, you can have Intel & ARM hosts based clusters in the same pod.

This is only suggested wrt the upcoming 4.20 release which introduces 
multi-arch zones support - you can have arch-tagged clusters, hosts, templates, 
isos to make this happen.
