Hello there, the documentation states that `all` is an allowed value for protocol but the [input validation ](https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-terraform-provider/blob/16915b6926557720c001264cecdbe1c9caedd85c/cloudstack/resource_cloudstack_security_group_rule.go#L612) only allows icmp, tcp and udp.
