Fixed the `hypervisor` allow-list to use CloudStack's actual enum casing (`XenServer`, `KVM`, `VMware`, `Hyperv`, `BareMetal`, `Simulator`, `Ovm3`) instead of all-lowercase — that mismatch is what was failing the acceptance tests (`got Simulator`). Also merged `resource_cloudstack_host_unit_test.go` into `resource_cloudstack_host_test.go` and updated it to match, plus added a case-sensitivity check. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
