Hi All, For 4.2 we had started using new system vm template. And the generated system vm template for each target hypervisor don't have hypervisor specific guest tools installed in it. It has open-vm tools not hypervisor specific. I think it would be good to have xentools installed in Xenserver specific system vm temapltes, vmware-tools in vmware specific system vm templates.
AFAIK Hypervisor specific tools installed in system vm will give good performance. Thanks Rajesh Battala
