First of all thanks for testing out the RC. Please put your fix in 4.2-forward. 
If I end up doing another RC for a release blocker I will be happy to pick it 
up. Just to be clear IMO if something is in core orchestration layer, failed 
upgrade, cannot install and the likes and affects most users it should block a 
release. Other issues will have to be picked up for subsequent maintenance 
release.
