I believe there was an issue with AWS API integration and 4.1.2 has to be released.
Since I'm the Release Manager for 4.1.x, I plan to begin the work on it next week - and it may take a time for me to get the publican docs right. Marcus, do you believe we need to revert the commit below? I have no KVM infra to test.
