DOC ACS 4.2 - Need of CSP with xenserver 6.2 for EIP

I'm reading the docs of ACS 4.2, and about Xenserver CSP (ch 8.2.7 :

Do we still need a CSP fo xenserver 6.2 (per example for EIP and ELB) with
acs 4.2 ?

If yes, what is the link providing the good CSP ?
