Hey Mike, I think you can get rid of a lot of them by installing the eclipse checkstyle plugin. It should be available from the default update sites. Otherwise check here: http://eclipse-cs.sourceforge.net
The maven-license-plugin doesn’t have an eclipse plugin, so you need to ignore that one from within eclipse.
