-1 (binding) because the issues my colleague Joris encountered (CLOUDSTACK-6020, CLOUDSTACK-6023 and CLOUDSTACK-6024) where not new to 4.3 I didn't want to put a -1 on that, but as a new bug is discovered as well; these issues are serious enough for a patch on the rc, i think. the first two are fixed in master and cherry-picked to 4.3-forward.
