Daan, I think that it is your commit 3852afa717dc147ef9dc19d7b3801c341f321e77 that broke it. You break NetworkACLItemCidrsDao out of NetworkACLItemDao, but you forgot to add that into spring context xml file. You may need to add that into cloud-engine/schema/resources/META-INF/cloudstack/core/spring-engine-schema -core-daos-context.xml.
