Hi Daan, These kind of errors come when there is no function defined with name "revert_memory_snapshot" in vmopsSnapshot plugin.
Rayees, may I know the Xenserver version, is that XenServer 6.2 Fox ? In that case "cloud-plugin-storage” plugin is being called where “revert_memory_snapshot” is not defined.
