Could you cherry-pick the commit "3187411f9f6d61d50aa73614f991c4866f5f0375" to 4.4 branch? It resolve CLOUDSTACK-6614 that makes systemvm template build fail. (Even though CLOUDSTACK-6614 will be resolved, we still have another issue (CLOUDSTACK-6616).)
