We noticed after upgrading our svms to 4.3 that the /usr volume was nearly
full. When inspecting this on SSVMs and CVMs we noticed that on thse instances
it was already 100% full (because ACS jars get copied to this volume). By
reshuffling some space the /usr volume should end up around 80% full. Also i've
reduced swap a bit because this does not make a lot of sense on virtual
instances.
