improved the 'contribute' instructions
I added the contribution workflow to the README.rst file so it is easier
for people to know how to contribute to the documentation.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/swill/cloudstack-docs-rn dev
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
