We discussed this here and we picked October 1st as a day to test the
master branch.

I'll make sure that we have a new Jenkins slave by then to test Ceph
with the KVM integration and also test the Basic Networking.

The Schuberg-Philis guys will take care of the Nicira with Xen and
Advanced Networking.

By organizing such a day we can find a lot of issues in just one day
which should improve the release time.
