I guess, you could dig into database, find some volume of the VM that is
already running, use qemu-img info or similar (not sure what, since you are
on Xen) to inspect that Volume, to find what is the "BASE" disk, and try to
manually recreate that BASE disk from the Template from the Secondary
storage (SCP the file, and use the name of the BASE file that you got
prevously with qemu-img or similar)
