CLOUDSTACK-8323: Adding test case to verify NIC Adapter types for nic in VM
when NIC Adapter is specified in template
The test case will verify that when a template is registered with
nicAdapter as VMXNET3 and when VM is deployed with this VM, also when extra
networks are added to the VM, then the NIC adapter in VCenter is shown as
VMXNET3 for all the NICs of VM.
Test case skipped for now because VCenter API Integration is remaining. It
is needed for final verification.
Test case is run without final verification and it runs fine.
