Issue:Domian admin can view templates in other domains
list templates by domain admin is listing all the templates of another
domains as well.
This test will verify that a domain admin is not able to view the templates
of other domains.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/manasaveloori/cloudstack local1
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
