CLOUDSTACK-8511: Moved file test_escalations_hosts.py to maint folder
The test suite contains script which disables zone/cluster and enables them
again. This should be present in maint folder as it should be run serially.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/gauravaradhye/cloudstack 8511
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/298.patch
