CLOUDSTACK-8515: Skipping snapshots tests on HyperV and LXC hypervisors
Skipping because snapshot feature is not supported on HyperV and LXC.
Also, replaced raise unittest.SkipTest() by self.skipTest so that skipped
tests are not reported as exceptions, but as skipped tests only.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/gauravaradhye/cloudstack 8515
