Strongswan vpn feature
This features is replacing the openswan ipsec with strongswan ipsec.
There are template changes for this features and changes are included in
this PR as well.
1. Tested the s2s vpn functionality using the strongswan
2. Tested the remote access vpn functionality.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jayapalu/cloudstack strongswanvpn
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
