Octavian, my vmware is not fluent, so you might have gone beyond this already:
this is a cloudstack message not a garbage collector message. It retrieves worker tags from a managed object and tries to clean them. My gues is that cloudstack thinks vmware has an object but vmware has already removed it or, less likely, vice versa.
