Show Agent name in Ping response
Before:

After:

from 66 (n01)</pre>
Makes it easier to search for hosts in the logs. Most loglines contain both
the hostId and hostName.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/wido/cloudstack agent-ping-name
