From the results it looks like , suitable pools for migration for the
volume returned no pools...
I too didn't look at the file in detail. If you have setup you can quickly
verify from UI if trying to migrate root disk lists the other pool in the
setup. If that's the case then issue might be with script else it might be with
the setup
