I am not sure who has control of travis and how that works. I have not had
a chance to get my head into that aspect yet.
Can someone have a look at the following issue which seems to be happening
to a bunch of travis builds right now.
Requirement 'tools/marvin/dist/Marvin-*.tar.gz' looks like a filename,
but the file does not exist
