@swill looks like jenkins failed because of some licence issue in one
file. I've checked all the files that I have changed and every one seems to
have the correct licence. I don't have access but is it possible to check
`/home/jenkins/jenkins-slave/workspace/cloudstack-pr-analysis/target/rat.txt`
which has more info.
