Hi Milamber, Can you pls check whether you are able to download
http://cs.mv.nuagenetworks.net/releases/net/nuage/vsp/nuage-vsp-acs-client/3.2.8.0/nuage-vsp-acs-client-3.2.8.0.jar from the command terminal you are using to build cloudstack ? Or from a browser simply (enter the url up to the 3.2.8.0 directory and see whether you can see the artifacts).
