@PaulAngus @jburwell I've added more changes and rebased. now My tests are
now running without errors. I did add the ` --config
global{metadata_read_only=0} ` as suggested by @PaulAngus and did not see any
problems. I think one final round of tests is need and this would be good to
merge.
