@rhtyd we have the following failures in the blueoraguntan vmware run that
were fixed as part of #1692:
* `test_CreateTemplateWithDuplicateName`
* `test_01_create_template`
* `ContextSuite context=TestTemplates>:setup`
Do we have an explanation for these failures?
